LAWYER REFERRAL SERVICE

The Lawyer Referral Service (LRS) provides a means for the general public to be referred to a qualified attorney based upon such considerations as the type and complexity of the legal problem, geographical preference, native language, personal schedule, and financial means. For a minimal fee of $40.00, clients receive a half-hour consultation with an attorney panel member. After the initial consultation, any subsequent legal services needed by the client are negotiated directly with the attorney. The referral service's regular panel is designed for those able to pay the attorney's regular fees while the Modest Means panel caters to those only able to pay a reduced rate.

 

As a member of the FBA, the participating lawyer can join the LRS at a reduced rate. This means an increase in business for you! The LRS staff screens over 15,000 inquiries each year, referring over 3,000 Virginia residents and businesses to our members.
